These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern access to and use of the website arveliqo.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), owned by Arveliqo S.A., a corporation established under the laws of the Argentine Republic, registered with the Inspección General de Justicia under No. 12,847, Book 95, with legal domicile at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 8, C1428ARS, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, CUIT 30-71829456-3.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Site, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any of these conditions, we ask that you do not use the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of services
Arveliqo operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate projects in Argentina. Through the Site, users can explore investment opportunities in residential projects, property renovations, urban improvements, and new housing developments. The Site is informational and contact-oriented. Effective participation in crowdlending projects will be subject to additional specific terms that will be communicated to each participant individually.
3. User obligations
By using the Site, you agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information in contact forms; not to use the Site for illegal, fraudulent purposes or those that harm third parties; not to attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or interfere with its operation; not to reproduce, distribute, or modify the Site's content without prior written authorization from Arveliqo; and to respect intellectual property and third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video files, software, and their arrangement on the Site, is the property of Arveliqo or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic (Law No. 11,723) and applicable international treaties. The "Arveliqo" brand and its distinctive elements are registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
5. Investment disclaimer
The information provided on the Site is purely informational and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Real estate crowdlending involves significant risks, including the possible partial or total loss of invested capital. Past or estimated returns do not guarantee future results. Each user is responsible for evaluating the associated risks and consulting with professional financial advisors before making investment decisions. Arveliqo does not guarantee the profitability of any project published on the platform.
6. Limitation of liability
Arveliqo shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site; errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Site's content; interruptions in the Site's availability due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control; or the conduct of third parties in relation to the Site or published projects.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, and by Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection. By using the Site, you accept the processing of your data in accordance with said policy.
8. Use of cookies
The Site uses cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy. The use of non-essential cookies is subject to your express consent, managed through our consent system based on Google Consent Mode v2.
9. Modifications
Arveliqo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect from the date of their publication on the Site. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to be aware of any changes.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the interpretation of these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the National Commercial Courts seated in the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
